We are a charitable judo club, led by experienced and fully qualified volunteer coaches who are passionate about developing people through sport. Our club exists to make judo accessible, welcoming, and affordable for everyone, regardless of background or ability.
Zenkai in action
Zenkai Cubs is our fun, structured introduction to judo for children aged 4–7. Sessions focus on developing balance, coordination, confidence, and basic judo movements through age-appropriate games and partner activities.
Zenkai Warriors is a structured judo class for children aged 8–13, designed to develop confident, disciplined, and resilient judoka in a positive and supportive environment.
Zenkai Teens & Seniors is designed for athletes aged 14 and over, offering structured judo training for beginners, returning players, and experienced judoka. Sessions focus on technical development, physical conditioning, and applied practice in a disciplined and supportive environment.
MurphFit Fitness Conditioning is a high-intensity training class designed to build fitness, resilience, and mental toughness. Open to ages 8+, sessions combine HIIT workouts and circuit training to improve strength, endurance, speed, and overall athletic performance.
